Return Policy – ​​The Poké Stop

Thank you for shopping with The Poké Stop! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help you with the returns process. Below you will find our full returns policy.

1. Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. This period starts on the day you received the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sealed collectibles such as Pokémon cards where the seal has been broken.
  • Subscription boxes that have been opened or used.
  • Digital products, such as gift cards or online courses.
  • Products on sale or with special discounts.

3. Return procedure

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email to info@depokestop.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a confirmation and further instructions for returning your product.
  3. Please pack the product carefully and send it to the specified return address.

Please make sure you get a track & trace code for your return shipment as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Return costs

  • The shipping costs for returning your product are at your own expense, unless the product was received damaged or defective.
  • If the product is defective, we will send a replacement product at no extra charge, if available.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days .

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you would like to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at info@depokestop.nl .
