We guarantee a value of at least 90% - 120% of the purchase amount. Because the prices of Pokémon TCG items fluctuate a lot, this will not be the same every month.

This registration deadline gives us the time to prepare and personalize each package with the utmost care, so that your experience is unforgettable from the start. All shipments are sent out on the 15th of every month.
In your own account that you get/create with your payment, you will find an easy stop and pause button to cancel or pause your Pokémon subscriptions.
1. Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. This period starts on the day you received the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Sealed collectibles such as Pokémon cards where the seal has been broken.
- Subscription boxes that have been opened or used.
- Digital products, such as gift cards or online courses.
- Products on sale or with special discounts.

Application deadline
To ensure you receive your first package without delay, we encourage prospective subscribers to sign up before the 5th of each month . This registration deadline gives us the necessary time to prepare and personalize each package with the utmost care, so that your experience is unforgettable from the start. All shipments go out on the 15th of every month.
Late Applications: Don't worry if you missed the deadline! You can still sign up after the 5th, but keep in mind that your first package will be included in the next shipping cycle. This ensures you don't miss a single opportunity to be part of our growing community of surprise package enthusiasts.
