The combinations always differ! Do you have a preference for a certain (modern) set? Please let us know and we will see what we can do! We cannot offer any guarantee for this.

Are Poké Stop products officially licensed?

Yes, all our products are officially licensed by the official The Pokémon Company. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all our products.

When is monthly debit taken?

To ensure that the parcels are delivered on time every month, we debit the subscription payment every 4th of the month. Before the shipment, we do a quality check for the exclusively imported items.

What if I want to cancel or pause?

You can easily cancel or pause via the account you have created with us. If you do not have one yet, do so. Within this account you can easily arrange when you want to pause your subscription for a month so as not to receive a package that month, or to cancel your subscription completely. Are you stuck? Application deadline

To ensure you receive your first package without delay, we encourage prospective subscribers to sign up before the 5th of each month . This registration deadline gives us the necessary time to prepare and personalize each package with the utmost care, so that your experience is unforgettable from the start. All shipments go out on the 15th of every month.

Late Applications: Don't worry if you missed the deadline! You can still sign up after the 5th, but keep in mind that your first package will be included in the next shipping cycle. This ensures you don't miss a single opportunity to be part of our growing community of surprise package enthusiasts.

One-time Test Products: For those who want a trial run of the Poke Stop experience, we offer an exclusive option to purchase a one-time test product. These are the same packages as in the subscription. The same shipping rules also apply. The packages are filled with other beautiful products every month. Try it for a month!

Can I pay at De Poké Stop with different payment methods?

Yes, we accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. We recommend using a credit card and Google/Apple Pay when paying the monthly subscription, because iDeal does not currently accept this via our web host. All transactions are processed securely to ensure the privacy and security of our customers.

What products does the Poké Stop offer?

At this time, De Poké Stop only offers a subscription service. In the near future this will be expanded to a complete webshop.

Where can I find the Poké Stop?

So far we can only be found online. You can find us on Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. All under the name depokestop.nl

IDEAL is possible, but not yet for subscriptions.

We would like to point out that we are not a partner of Revolut. Subscription payments with IDEAL are currently not (yet) available. Alternatively, we suggest using the Revolut Bank app (unless of course you already have a credit card/Google Pay or one of the other payment options). Revolut offers you the opportunity to create a digital credit card for free in just a few minutes. This allows you to easily and safely take out your subscription with De Poke Stop.

How to Install Revolut:

  1. Download the Revolut App: Search for "Revolut" in the App Store or Google Play Store and download the app.
  2. Create an Account: Follow the steps in the app to create your account. It's fast, simple and free.
  3. Verify Your Identity: For your security, Revolut requires quick identity verification.
  4. Create a Digital Credit Card: Once your account is set up, you can create a digital credit card immediately, with no hidden fees.
  5. Add Money: Load money into your Revolut account via bank transfer or other payment card.
  6. Use Your Digital Credit Card: Now you can use your new digital credit card to take out your subscription with De Poke Stop.
